Where we fit in

For the projects where the tapware was chosen six months ago.

By the time we’re on a luxury project, a lot of decisions have already been made by people who care: the architect, the interior designer, the homeowner. The mixer was specified. The basin came from a brand catalogue. The tile arrived in crates. The shower head has a recess waiting for it.

Our job is to honour those decisions with an install that doesn’t compromise them. That means proper underlying pipework, fixture heights set against the surrounding stone, alignments that look right because they are right. It means slowing down where slowing down matters.

It also means knowing what to ask for at the design stage so the install can land cleanly later. We’d rather answer ten questions on the drawings than fix one ugly seam after the tile is set.
