Most plumbers show up after the leak. We’re at the table when the slab is still on paper.

Platform is built for the projects where the plumbing has to be considered, not just installed. We sit in early with builders, architects and homeowners — reading plans, asking questions, calling out problems before they reach the site.

That posture runs through everything we do. The high-rise hot water systems, the stormwater retention work, the gas regulators: that’s the technical end. The freestanding baths, the recessed shower details, the butler’s sinks: that’s the considered end. The thread between them is the same one — care, taken from the design stage through to the final fixture.

Our hours say it best. We’re a 9 to 5 business, Saturday by appointment. We’re not the 11pm callout. We’re the firm you bring in when the project matters.

Read the plans before the slab

We come in at the design stage of new builds and renovations. We read drawings, walk sites, and call out the awkward bits — drainage falls, fixture placements, hot water sizing — while they’re still pencil marks on paper.

Design the system, not just the install

Pipework routes, hot water capacity, stormwater, gas runs — all sized properly for the building you’re actually putting up. Not generic. Not assumed. Specified for this job.

Install with the same care

Plumbing, gas fitting and drain laying delivered by trained, licensed tradespeople — under one firm. Coordination happens inside the team, not between three subbies.
