The information on this site is provided in good faith and intended as a general overview of the services we offer. It does not form a binding quote or scope of work. A binding quote is issued separately, in writing, after we have understood your project.
Quotes and engagement
Quotes provided by Platform Plumbing are valid for the period stated on the quote. Acceptance of a quote, in writing or by instruction to commence work, forms an agreement on the terms in that quote. Variations to scope are managed in writing.
Workmanship and certification
Platform Plumbing is a member of the NZ Master Plumbers Association. Our work is carried out by trained and licensed plumbers, gas fitters and drain layers, and is fully insured. Workmanship guarantees apply in line with the Master Plumbers Guarantee scheme and the conditions of your quote.
Compliance
All gas fitting, plumbing and drain laying work is performed in accordance with applicable New Zealand standards and regulations, including Watercare requirements where they apply. Required certifications and sign-offs are provided on completion.
Imagery and copyright
All photography, copy and design on this site are the property of Platform Plumbing Limited unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this website is limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
